James Kusena
Bringing a blend of scientific rigour and integrative practice — built through lived experience scaling teams and systems under real pressure. PhD in Regenerative Medicine. Formerly VP Operations at a venture-backed biotech. Executive training from Harvard and Oxford. Certified coach and mindfulness practitioner.
