PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: April 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DGK Investment Holdings Ltd (Company No: 12595147), trading as RE:Works ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit www.reworksstudio.com or interact with us.

Who we are

DGK Investment Holdings Ltd, trading as RE:Works, is a company registered in England and Wales.

Some resources may be published as part of The Culture Co-Lab, a collaborative initiative involving RE:Works, The Honeycomb Works, and Six Degrees Strategy. Where a resource is offered under The Culture Co-Lab, personal data connected with that resource may be used by RE:Works and may also be shared between those collaborating organisations for the limited purposes described in this policy, such as administering access to the resource, keeping an internal record of requests, and managing related business records.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we use your personal data, please contact us at info@reworksstudio.com.

What personal data we collect

We may collect the following personal data:

  • your name and email address when you submit an enquiry, request access to a downloadable resource, or sign up to receive marketing communications

  • information you choose to share when booking a discovery call or otherwise contacting us

  • technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected through Squarespace and similar website tools

How we use your data

We may use your personal data to:

  • respond to your enquiries

  • provide access to downloadable resources you request

  • keep an internal record of requests for downloadable resources in our CRM

  • manage discovery calls and other service-related communications

  • send marketing communications about RE:Works only where you have opted in, or where we are otherwise permitted to do so by law

  • improve our website and understand how visitors use it

  • administer collaborative resources published under The Culture Co-Lab

Legal bases for processing

We process personal data using the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

  • Legitimate interests, where it is necessary for us to respond to enquiries, provide requested resources, maintain proportionate internal records, administer our website, and manage related business operations

  • Consent, where you have specifically opted in to receive marketing communications or where consent is otherwise required

  • Contract, where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement with you, or to perform a contract with you

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we do so only where we consider that our use of your data is necessary and does not override your rights and freedoms. The ICO recognises that organisations must identify a lawful basis before they process personal data, and that legitimate interests can be appropriate in some cases, but not always.

Marketing communications

If you choose to opt in, we may send you occasional marketing communications about RE:Works services, offers, insights, or events.

If you request a downloadable resource, we may use your details to provide that resource and record your request in our CRM. We will not send you marketing emails solely because you downloaded a resource unless you have separately opted in, or we are otherwise permitted to do so by law. The ICO’s guidance on electronic mail marketing says that marketing emails to individuals generally require consent unless the soft opt-in applies.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us at info@reworksstudio.com.

Sharing your data

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We may share your personal data with:

  • service providers who help us operate our website, forms, CRM, scheduling, and communications systems

  • professional advisers where reasonably necessary

  • collaborating organisations involved in The Culture Co-Lab, namely The Honeycomb Works and Six Degrees Strategy, but only where your data relates to a Culture Co-Lab resource or activity and only for the purposes of administering that resource or maintaining related internal records

  • regulators, authorities, or other third parties where we are required to do so by law or where it is otherwise lawful and necessary

We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

The ICO says people should be told who their data is shared with, or at least the categories of recipients, as part of the right to be informed.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the UK. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place so that your data remains protected in line with applicable data protection law.

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including for legal, accounting, or administrative reasons.

As a general guide:

  • enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months

  • downloadable resource request data is kept for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for internal record-keeping

  • marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, unless we are required to keep a limited suppression record so that we can respect your preferences

  • discovery call and prospective client data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the relationship and any follow-up

The ICO says that if you do not have a fixed retention period, you should explain the criteria you use to decide how long information is kept.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have rights which may include the right to:

  • request access to your personal data

  • ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data

  • ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances

  • object to or restrict certain types of processing

  • withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent

  • request portability of your data in certain circumstances

  • complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe your personal data has been handled unlawfully

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@reworksstudio.com.
