I've spent my career at the intersection of building and growing — scaling startups, leading people through high-pressure environments, and supporting individuals navigating their own pivotal moments.
As Employee #1 at a venture-backed biotech, I built operations from the ground up: hiring the team, establishing the quality systems, raising £10M+ in funding, and eventually serving as VP Operations. I know what it's like to be a founder trying to lead yourself and build an organisation at the same time. To be the person everyone is looking to for clarity when you're still finding your own.
Alongside that, I navigated my own transitions — moments where the frameworks I'd been using stopped working and I needed something new. Those experiences, as much as the operational ones, are what RE:Works is built on.
