Why RE:Works?

RE stands for Realisation and Empowerment, because realisation and empowerment works.

The philosophy is simple: people don't change because they're told what to do. They change when they arrive at their own Realisations, about who they are, how they lead, and what their organisation truly needs. Empowerment follows realisation. Not the other way around.

And Empowerment matters because it's what makes change last. When people feel genuinely empowered, with clarity on what they're doing and why, and the agency to shape their own path, they don't just perform better. They take ownership. They move with purpose. They build something that holds.

This is as true for an i individual navigating a crossroads as it is for a founder scaling a team, a leader stepping into new complexity, or an organisation building/growing with intention.
